The HKU I-School was proud to participate in the HKU Innovation Week 2026 on 14 Oct 2026. Throughout the event, our students served as booth ambassadors, sharing their I-School learning journeys with visitors interested in the efforts of the I-School in innovation education. The I-School students also explored various cases of innovation from HKU, gaining insights from fellow innovators, researchers, and entrepreneurs.

A highlight of the event was the showcase by Elevatefoods, founded by I-School Professor Connie Lee, demonstrating how AI-powered 3D food printing is reshaping personalised nutrition.

香港大學創新學院 (I-School) 很榮幸參與於 2026 年 10 月 14舉行的「港大創新節2026」。活動期間，我們的學生擔任展位大使，向對 I-School 在創新教育方面的努力感興趣的 嘉賓、訪客分享他們在 I-School 的學習旅程。I-School 學生亦探索了來自香港大學不同的創新展覽，與創新者、研究人員及創業家交流，拓闊視野並汲取靈感。

活動其中一個亮點是由 I-School 的 Prof. Connie Lee創立的Elevatefoods ，其相關的展位讓參觀者近距離了解 AI 驅動的 3D 食物打印，展示這種技術如何可以個人化地照顧不同人士的營養需求。
